His background also includes formal training and certification in project management, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
He led a team at a Fortune 50 company that pioneered a novel approach to analyzing millions of data files, focusing on patterns rather than isolated data elements. That work evolved into one of the first artificial intelligence systems used in financial services, helping reshape the industry while also improving government efficiency.
